4 lb corn beef
2 bay leaves
seasoning packet that comes with the corned beef

Glaze:
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp Coleman’s dry mustard
¼ cup molasses
½ cup bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat into saucepan of water with the bay leaves and seasoning packet. Bring to boil, then simmer one hour per pound. Prepare glaze in saucepan.

Heat oven to 375º

Place brisket on a rack in a shallow pan. Place 2 cups of the cooking liquid under rack but not touching meat. Cover with the glaze and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
