Herb/Garlic Alouette cheese or something similar
1 TBS cream
Shot of whiskey
⅓ garlic powder
2 TBS chopped parsley
Endive lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Whip herb/ garlic Alouette cheese with 1TBS cream cheese, whiskey and garlic powder.

Mound in center of serving dish.

Stick endive leaves into cheese mound, shaping it like a lotus flower.

Sprinkle with snipped parsley.
