Sweet Potato and Black Bean Wonton Rolls Recipe

1 sweet potatoes cooked in microwave
½ cups canned black beans drained
¼ cup chopped onion
2 TBS minced cilantro
1 TBS lime juice
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp minced jalapeño pepper
1 clove crushed garlic

22 Melissa wonton wrappers
1½ cup salsa

Preheat oven to 350º

Mix all ingredients together except wontons. Place a tablespoon or so on one wonton wrapper. Roll it like a cigar.
Dip finger in glass of water to “glue” ends together.

Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes until brown and crispy.
