Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups warm water
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
6 cups whole wheat flour
2 Tablespoons dry instant yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. This is best mixed in a stand mixer like a Kitchen Aid that can do heavy mixing, because the dough needs to stay wetter than you can knead with your hands. Mix the first 5 ingredients and add 5 cups of the flour and the yeast. Let knead for 5 minutes. The last cup of flour can be added as needed. Sometimes all of it is used. You are looking for the dough to be just dry enough to handle and roll out. Put flour or cornstarch on the counter, roll out the dough 1/2-inch or more and cut into the size rolls you want. Place on cookie sheets. Let rise until double. Bake 10 minutes.
