5 cups self-rising flour
1 cup oil
1 package yeast
1/2 cup warm water
2 cups buttermilk
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water (not tap). Mix flour and oil. Combine sugar, baking soda and buttermilk. Add yeast to milk mixture and mix well. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Roll out and cut. Bake at 370º until golden.
