4 quarts ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 quart onions, chopped
4 green peppers
2 hot peppers
2 cups vinegar
2 Tablespoons salt
2-1/2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, onions and peppers; add salt and sugar. Simmer until thick. Add vinegar. Cook until thick, about 2 hours. Stir often while cooking. Can at once. Makes about 7 pints.
