3 beaten eggs
1 cup sugar
cup melted butter
4 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1⅓ cup sweetened coconut

Unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Combine all ingredients and pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool and garnish with whipped cream.
