6 - 4 oz. cube steaks, pounded thin
cup white vinegar
1 T. ADOBO seasoning
3 cloves minced garlic
tsp. oregano
tsp. black pepper
3 large onions, sliced
2 T. corn oil
white rice, cooked

In a bowl, mix vinegar, adobo, pepper, oregano and garlic.
Add steaks and onions to the mixture, cover and transfer to
Marinate for 1-12 hours.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef, onions and marinade to the pan, cover and
cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are translucent
and beef cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Serve over rice.
