1 1/4 lbs Chicken breast cutlets
1/3 Cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
3 Tbsp oleo divided
1/2 Cup chicken broth
4 thin lemon slices
1/4 Cup parsley sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in flour coating both sides shake excess off.
Melt 1 Tbsp oleo in skillet over medium heat. Add half the chicken & brown each side (1 minute per side) Add 1 Tbsp oleo to skillet & brown remaining chicken. Remove. Add broth & lemon to skillet scraping. Bring to a boil. Add the last of the oleo. Pour over chicken. Garnish with parsley.
Serve with rice & vegetables
