⅔ cup shortening
½ cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 well beaten eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1½ cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Melt together, shortening & cocoa;
Mix together, eggs, sugar, vanilla, add shortening & cocoa mixture.
Add dry ingredients.

Grease & flour pan. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
