Ingredients:  
2 1/2 Cups milk *Scalded*
4 Eggs
1/2 C. Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp saltē

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the 4 eggs and sugar. Add the scalded milk slowly as you continue to mix. Add the vanilla & salt.
Can either put into pie crust or just in dish to bake.
Use a butter knife to test.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
