2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix together flour and salt. Make a well in center of flour mixture and pour in milk, eggs and cold water. Whisk batter until smooth; cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Pour batter into greased muffin cups, cook in pre-heated 400 F oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until well-risen and golden brown.
Makes 10 - 12
