2 eggs, well beaten
¼ cup butter, softened
1¼ cups sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. cloves
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. vanilla
¼ cup milk
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter to eggs and mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Don't overbeat. Add milk, & vanilla, mix, and pour into unbaked pie shell. Cover crust edges with protectors or foil, to keep from getting too brown.
Bake 10 minutes at 400º, then reduce to 375º and bake approximately 30 minutes.
