2-16 oz. pkg. breaded okra, Fried
4 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
12 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

DRESSING:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing in a jar and shake well, until sugar is completely dissolved. Mix ingredients into a large bowl. Pour dressing over and serve immediately. If you are taking to a picnic, pour dressing over salad mixture once you are ready to eat.
