1 Cup soy sauce
1 Cup brown sugar
3 Tbls vinegar
2 or 3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp ginger
50 wing pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Soak wings in mixture, using a sealed container, 2 - 3 days, turning daily to reçoat the wings.

Bake on cookie sheet 2 - 3 hours @ 225º - 250º

Refrigerate (if there are any left)
