5-6 yellow squash, thin slices
1 large yellow onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 package Herb seasoned croutons
2 lbs. mild sausage
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and boil squash with diced onion until soft, but not mushy. In large bowl, combine soups and croutons. Cook and scramble sausage, drain. Add to soup mixture. Drain squash in large bowl, set juice aside. Add squash to soup and meat mixture. (You may need to add a little squash juice to make mixture soupy.) Pour into 13x9 cake pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 350º until cheese is melted, about 20-25 mintures.
