36 wonton wrappers
1 cup cream cheese
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 large red pepper, minced
1 chicken breast, cooked, cooled, and minced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all the ingredients, except wrappers.
Set wrappers out 4 at a time, laid out like a square. Keep the remainder covered with a damp paper towel.
Place a small amount of mixture in the center of each wrapper. Moisten all the edges with a finger dipped in water. Bring up the opposite corners and stick the points together, do the same with the remaining 2 corners.seal all the edges and make sure you've not trapped any air bubbles.
Deep fry on oil heated to 350º F until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
