1 lb ground lamb
1 egg
3/4 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
1/4 tsp thyme, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 granny smith apple, grated
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1/3 cup onion
1/4 tsp salt

Dipping sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp whole grain mustard

Directions:

Mix dip ingredients together an set aside in fridge

Preheat oven to 350º F.
Mix all the ingredients together well. Roll into meatballs and place them on a parchment lined pan. Bake until meat thermometer placed in centers reads 155ºF - 160ºF.
Serve with dipping sauce.
