1 Cup vanilla wafers - crushed fine

1 Cup powdered sugar

1 1/2 Tbls white corn syrup

1 Cup minced peacans

1/4 Cup good Kentucky Bourbon (Jack Daniels is recommended)

Directions:

Mix well - all ingredients

Roll into balls

Roll in powdered sugar

Place in container and refrigerate several days

They improve with age but you may want to reçoit them with powered sugar before serving to improve their looks.
