1 Cup butter

2 Cups sifted powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted

3/4 tsp peppermint flavour

Vanilla wafers, crushed

4 eggs

Mini cupcake papers

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy

Add vanilla and melted chocolate

Beat in eggs, one at a time making certain you beat well after each egg

Add peppermint

Put crushed wafers in cupcake papers (just enough to cover bottom)

Spoon mixture filling each mini cup

Store in refrigerator
