2 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. melted butter
Filling:
2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 tbsp. flour (slightly more than level tbsps.)
1 1/3 c. milk
2 9-oz. cans crushed pineapple, including juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, 4 tbsp. sugar, and 2/3 c. butter. Press into bottom only (not sides) of 9x13 pan.
2. Mix together cream cheese, 4 tbsp. softened butter, 1 c. sugar, and eggs thoroughly in mixer, then blend in order: flour, milk, and pineapple. Pour filling into prepared pan and top with sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs.
3. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Store cake in refrigerator.
