4 cups flour
1 cup butter
1 cup fine coconut
1 cup sugar
2 cups raisins
2 tbsp baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 can mandarins, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, add flour and butter, crumble with hands until coarse. Add sugar, coconut, raisins and baking powder. Stir to combine. Mash mandarins in juices > add beaten egg - then add this mixture to flour mixture. Stir gently to combine.
Drop by tbsps on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 F for 20-25 mins.
