Tequila Chicken Recipe

1 c. water
1/3 c. Teriyaki sauce
2 T. lime juice
2 t. minced garlic
1 t. liquid smoke
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. ground ginger
1 T. Tequila

4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts

Mexi-Ranch Dressing:

1/2 cup of mayo
1/2 c. of sour cream
2 T. milk
1 T. diced tomatoes
1/2 T. chopped green chili peppers
2 t. minced onion
1/2 t. parsley
1/2 t. hot sauce
1/4 salt
1/4 dill weed
1/4 paprika
1/4 cayenne
1/4 cumin
1/4 chili powder
1/4 black pepper

Grated cheddar and jack cheese
Corn tortilla strips or chips.

Marinate chicken 3-5 hours

Make sauce and chill for 1 hour

Cook chicken on grill until firm.

After chicken is cooked, top with Mexi-Ranch sauce and cheddar-jack cheese. Cook in oven at 375 until cheese is melted. Serve on top of corn tortilla strips or chips. Serve with Spanish rice.
