1 qt. of milk
2 beaten eggs
Lump of butter
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. persimmon mix (cook persimmon in 1/2 c. water until soft)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add 2 c. persimmon mix with a quart of milk. Add eggs and a lump of butter.
2. Sift flour and baking soda. Add together with liquid mix and stir well.
3. Bake at 350º for 2.5 hours. Stir several times.
