Ingredients:  
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
Lump of butter
Peaches

Directions:
Directions:
1. Work shortening into flour. Pour in milk. Add all together.
2. Roll onto a cutting board, cut into strips. Place in a baking dish.
3. Add cut up peaches and sugar and put strips on top.
4. Bake 20 minutes at 400º until brown. Melt butter on top.
