2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs separated
3 tbsp. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together dry ingredients, set aside.
2. Separate egg yolks from whites. Beat egg yolks.
3. Slightly melt butter and add to egg yolks. Add buttermilk, add flour mixture.
4. Beat egg whites until soft peeks, fold into egg yolk mixture.
5. Cook in pan and turn with skewer stick. Cook on other side until done. Add powdered sugar or jelly on top.
