1 c. sugar
1 c. mazola oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. of bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and oil with mixer. Add eggs one at a time, beat well.
2. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture, beat well.
3. Add carrots, raisins, and nuts.
4. Put in greased layer pan. Bake at 300º for 1 hour.
