Sour Cream Noodle Bake Recipe

1 pound of ground chuck
1 15oz can of tomato sauce
1/2 t. salt
Black pepper to taste
8oz egg noodles
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup green onions
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350
Brown beef in large skillet. Drain and add tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Stir and simmer
Cook egg noodles until al dente
In medium bowl, combine sour cream and cottage cheese. Add to drained noodles and stir. Add green onions and stir.

Assemble: Add half of the noodles to baking dish, top with half the mean mixture, then sprinkle on half of the cheddar. Repeat.

Bake 20 minutes or until all cheese is melted.
