Michele Wilkins Bailey - daughter of Chuck & Terri Wilkins

1 head of cabbage (you'll boil off 12-15 leaves)
1 1/8 lb. ground beef (or use vegan sausage)
3/4 Spanish rice
1 egg
1/2 c. pet milk
Chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mustard powder
1 tsp. slat
1/4 tsp. pepper
Garlic salt

2 cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt (?)
2 tsp. chili powder (?)
1 tsp. dry mustard

1. Cut the core out of the cabbage and boil, removing one leaf at a time with tongs. Remove the thick stem from the back of the leaf. Continue until you have 12-15 leaves. Shred some cabbage to place on bottom of baking dish, under the stuffed rolls.
2. Combine the next 11 ingredients in a large bowl. Make into elongated meatballs and roll up in cabbage leaves. Place in pan.
3. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over rolls.
4. Bake 350 for 40-50 minutes, then sprinkle 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese over top of rolls.
