4 cube steaks
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. salad oil
2 green peppers
1 tsp. corn starch
1 c. bias cut celery
1/4 c. cold water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tomatoes, peeled and cut

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut meat in strips. Season meat with garlic salt and ginger.
2. Heat half the oil in skillet, add meat, brown quickly on all sides. Remove meat.
3. Add remaining oil, heat. Add peppers and celery. Cook slightly, about 3 minutes.
4. Mix cornstarch, water, and soy sauce. Add to skillet. Cook and stir until mixture thickens.
5. Add meat and tomatoes and heat. Vegetables should be crispy.
