Full slab of baby back ribs
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
Onion powder
2 small cans of pineapple juice
3/4 bottle of Baby Ray's honey barbeque

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut each rib bone into individual sections, add salt, pepper, garlic salt and onion powder.
2. Place ribs into 2.75" high (13.5" x 9.5") aluminum pan (buy at Dollar Store), cover with small alum foil (from Dollar Store). Place in oven and cook 270º for 2 hours. Remove and drain meat juice.
3. Mix pineapple juice with barbeque sauce, add sauce to pan, cover and cook for another 2 hours.
4. Remove aluminum foil and cook for another 1 hour at 350º. Turn ribs every 15 minutes (4 times to cook all sides). Watch ribs closely to avoid burning.
5. Take out and let cool for 20 minutes before eating.
