1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. dried apple
1-2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. cinnamon
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. apple jelly
1/4 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat honey, syrup, and cinnamon. Add dried apple, cook about 10 minutes.
2. Trim fat from pork, then butterfly it, cutting length - open up and add apple mixture, then fold over, wrap with string 1 inch apart.
3. Mix together chili powder, paprika, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Rub on meat and put in oven for 1 hour.
4. Last 10 minutes add apple jelly and honey.
