2 or 3 zucchini, sliced
Oil to sautÚ
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. celery
1 can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. SautÚ onions and celery in oil until partly soft.
2. Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste, and oregano; simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Layer zucchini, sauce, and mozzarella cheese in baking dish and bake at 350║ for 30 minutes.
