2 pounds ground beef
1 onion chopped
½ chopped bell pepper
1 egg
salt and pepper
1 cup quick oats uncooked
½ cup ketchup
½ can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix hamburger, chopped onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper, ½ cup ketchup, ½ large can evaporated milk, and egg. Add 1 cup of quick oats. Mix thoroughly. Place in large casserole dish. I bake mine in a 2x12 inch Corning Ware dish 1. Cover with additional ketchup as if frosted with ketchup. Bake for one hour. Remove from oven.
