2 bulbs garlic
4 Idaho potatoes (good ones)
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Roast garlic in 300º oven until soft to touch. Mash garlic with salt and pepper and olive oil.
2. Slice potatoes about 1 inch thick. Spread garlic paste on each piece, then re-assemble and have aluminum foil ready to wrap around potato.
3. Add more salt, pepper and olive oil around potato.
4. Bake 475º oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
