5 potatoes
5 eggs
2 stalks celery
2 scallions
Mayonnaise
Sour cream
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes with skins until fork tender. When cooled enough to handle, peel off the skins and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Hard boil eggs. When cooled enough to handle, peel and cut into bite-sized pieces.
3. Chop celery and scallions.
4. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, eggs, celery, and scallions. Salt and pepper to taste. Fold ingredients.

Dressing: In a separate bowl, mix together 1 jar of Helmann's mayonnaise and 1/3 sour cream. Add dressing to potatoes.
