2 sticks margarine
½ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla
1¾ cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts or almonds (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
In large bowl mix 2 sticks margarine, ½ cup powdered sugar, ½ tsp vanilla, and 1¾ cups of flour.
Once mixed, add/mix in nuts.
Form into 1 inch balls.
Place on cookie sheet and bake 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on cooled cookies.
