⅔ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar packed
2 teaspoons corn syrup.
2 cups chopped Walnuts
yellow cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Melt butter and bring to boil with packed brown sugar, and corn syrup. Pour into ungreased 9x13 cake pan. Arrange chopped walnuts over brown sugar mixture. Mix cake mix according to directions and pour over walnuts. Bake 35 minutes. Invert pan at once onto serving platter. Leave pan in place for a couple of minutes. Remove pan. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream.
