4 cups all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1½ teaspoon soda
1 cup butter Crisco shortening
2¼ cups sugar
6 pack large Butterfinger candy bars

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Crush Butterfinger candy bars and fold into cookie batter. Cookie batter is crumbly and thick. (Note I have made these often and I use a small cookie scooper) dropped onto a greased cookie sheet or parchment paper. You most likely will have to mold cookie dough in round circle and flatten slightly once on the cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes. Don't overbake they will be hard as a rock. Keep in airtight container. Makes 8 dozen 2inch cookies.
