Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 Sweet Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
2 cans Diced Tomatoes, Italian blend, undrained
2 c. Cooked Chicken, chopped or shredded
1 c. Kalamata Olives, pitted
Olive Oil to taste (I use about ¼ cup)
Balsamic Vinegar to taste (I used about ½ cup)
Olive Juice to taste (I used about ¼ cup)
Favorite pasta, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion & garlic in olive oil until soft.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer over medium heat until hot.
Serve over your favorite pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
