2 c. mashed potatoes (7 Idaho potatoes make pot)
2 eggs, beaten with a whisk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix potatoes, flour and salt. Add beaten eggs and blend with a spoon. Then mix with your hands (much better dough).
2. Roll into a long roll and cut. Put in boiling water for 8 minutes.
