1 6-oz. can green olives, drained
5 oz. red pepper (7 oz. jar, drained)
1 garlic clove
1 8-oz. brick of cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Either by hand or a food processor, chop the olives, peppers, and garlic.
2. Place in a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, greek yogurt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Fold in the cheddar cheese.
4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use or serve immediately.
