2 large cans artichoke heart 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese 1 lb cubed Mozzarella Cheese 2 cloves garlic - smashed and minced Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsley chop. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into an au gratin or casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve hot with French bread rounds.
