2 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs until light, blend in milk and salt.
2. Sift flour and sugar into mixture. Beat until smooth.
3. Use 2 tbsp. of batter for each cake. Griddle should be lightly greased before each baking.
 

Filling

12 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated lemon
2 tbsp. cointreau

Mix all ingredients and fill cooked crepes.
