2 Tbs olive oil
7 med carrots chopped
7 celery ribs chopped
1 med onion chopped
3 med zucchini chopped
2 yellow squash chopped
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried sage
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 garlic cloves finely chopped
2 cans navy beans..rinsed and drained
1 15oz can crushed tomatoes
2 32oz cartons reduced sodium chicken broth
1 cup uncooked small pasta
12cups chopped fresh spinach (12 oz)

In 6 qt pot heat oil add: carrots, celery, onion .. Cook until tender
Add squash, seasonings .... Cook and stir until crisp tender
Add garlic...cook 1 minute longer

Stir in beans and tomatoes into veggies, add broth, bring to boil
Reduce to simmer and cover
Cook 10 to 12 minutes
Stir in pasta, return to boil and cook uncovered until pasta is done
Stir in spinach....cook until wilted
