9-12 Potatoes
Onion, grated to taste
1/4 Cup butter
1 Can cream of mushroom soup UNDILUTED
2 Cups sour cream
1-1/2 Cups cheddar cheese

Topping:
2 tbsp butter melted
2 cups corn flakes (mix with melted butter)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix Together:

8 cups diced potatoes
Grate onion to taste
¼ Cup butter
Cream of mushroom soup
Sour cream
Cheddar cheese

after combining, put in 9x13 baking dish

For Topping:
Melt butter and mix with corn flakes, add to top of potato mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly
