1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. coconut extract
5 eggs
½ c. sweet milk
½ tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
1½ tsp. baking powder

Filling:
1 c. sugar
½ c. water
⅓ c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all together. Bake 1 hour at 350º.

Filling:
Cook for 3 minutes. Pour over cake while hot. Let cool in tube pan.
