2 sticks oleo/margarine
½ cup Crisco shortening
1 lb. box and 1 cup brown sugar
5 eggs
1 cup sweet milk
3½ cups flour
½ tsp. baking powder
1½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Cream oleo and shortening until fluffy. Add sugar, one cup at a time and beat thoroughly, adding eggs alternately with sugar. Sift flour and measure, then sift flour with baking powder. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. When thoroughly mixed, add vanilla. Pour into well greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake for 1½ hours.
