1 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl whisk together flour and eggs. Gradually add milk and water. Add salt and butter and beat until smooth.
2. Heat pan to medium heat.
3. Evenly coat bottom of pan with batter in circular motion.
4. Cook 2 minutes and flip.
