4-1/2 cups Water
2 tsp. Salt
1-1/2 Cups Corn Meal
1-1/2 Cups Cold Water

Whole Chicken
Paprika
Salt
Butter
1/2 Onion (cut up)
Sage
1/2 small can Tomato Sauce

Flour (to thicken gravy)
Garlic Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Water & Salt
Stir in mixture of Corn Meal & 1-1/2 Cups Cold Water
Continue boiling, stirring constantly until mixture thickens (low heat), about 20 minutes

Side: Sprinkle chicken with paprika and salt, bake in butter for 1 hour.

Gravy: Cut up Chicken, melt Butter, Onion & brown Chicken.

Add salt & Sage, brown, Add Tomato Sauce, water & let simmer

Add Flour & water at the end to thicken gravy, add Garlic Salt to taste

Let polenta stand before cutting with a string.
